Bicentennial Funds Helping Haiti!

A donation of $2,500 has been sent, through the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance program, to aid the efforts being made to assist the people who have experienced devastation from the earthquake in Haiti.

Retirement Reception for Craig Seitz

First Presbyterian Church will honor Craig Seitz with a retirement reception at the church Sunday, January 24 following Worship. Pastor Seitz retired December 31, 2009 after nearly 40 years in the ministry, the last ten at First Presbyterian. A presentation will be made at the end of a Congregational Meeting in the Sanctuary and the Reception will follow in Fellowship Hall. All who know and would like to express Best Wishes to Craig and Jean Seitz are welcome.

The morning schedule for January 24: 9:30 - Sunday School; 10:30 - Worship with Interim Pastor Robert Salmon preaching; 11:30 - Congregational Meeting with Presentation to Craig Seitz followed by Retirement Reception.

New Interim Pastor at First Presbyterian Church

First Presbyterian Church is pleased to welcome Interim Pastor Robert Salmon to the pulpit on Sunday, January 17. He will deliver the message "Gifts and Giving" at the 10:30 a.m. worship service. A "Welcome" reception will follow providing an opportunity to meet Pastor Salmon and his wife. All are invited to the worship service and the reception.
